Corrections, questions about something on the site, and requests for terms to add to the glossary. One person reads these, so a reply usually takes a couple of working days.
What gets answered first
- Corrections. A wrong number, a broken calculation, a rule that has changed, a broker specification that no longer matches. Say which article and where in it, and the fix goes in with a dated note.
- “Where did that figure come from?” Always a fair question and always answered.
- Topic and glossary requests. If several people ask for the same thing, it usually gets written.
What cannot be answered
- “Should I take this trade?” No trade ideas, no opinions on open positions, no reviews of anyone’s account.
- Personal recommendations of a broker, platform or strategy for your situation. That is regulated advice and this site does not give it.
- Account, withdrawal or bonus disputes. Those belong with the firm and then with its regulator; this site has no standing there.
- Paid placement. Coverage, links and rankings are not for sale.
Please do not send
Account numbers, passwords, platform investor credentials or copies of identity documents. Nothing here needs them. If you are sending a statement or trade log to illustrate a point, strip the account identifiers first — only the timestamps, sizes, prices and fees matter.
